LEAKSHOOTER V2+ IR

Film, view and photograph the precise spot where compressed air, steam, pressurised gas and vaccums are leaking. To complete your maintenance tour we also added a high resolution thermal camera 160 x 120 px into the new LEAKSHOOTER V2+ IR. The embedded camera into the LEAKSHOOTER V2+ IR has got a Min.- Max.- Central cursors with 3 colors palettes, Iron Rainbow Black and White, -10°C>+400C°.

Function : Ultrasonic leak detection and thermal imaging

With the LEAKSHOOTER V2+ IR you can find different kind of leaks in your plants, pressurized gaz, vacuum, steam at distance, up to 20 meters. Like all the others versions of LEAKSHOOTERS the V2+ IR is used like a camera, when it comes near a leak, a dynamic white target appears on the large, 5.7″, display and a bargraph at the bottom of the screen. To be more precise in your search you can easily plug one of our accessory, 400 mm flexible probe for instance and adjust manualy the gain to fiter any undesirable noise.

We also added a sofware function, K,  giving you the possility to evaluate the severity of the leaks from the very small, yellow, to the very big, red.

Into this new version of LEAKSHOOTER we added a 160 x 120 px thermal camera as we realised that a lot of technicians where using the steam traps LEAKSHOOTER version V3+ because of the embedded 80 x 60 px infrared camera. The technician is now able to complete his leak searching tour with a quick thermal imaging control of his mecanical and electrical installations.

All photos from the leaks on visible scene and thermal pictures can be uploaded directled onto a PC  via USB cable supplied in the standard kit.
